During June through August when daylight hours are longer, we can add a half-day Twilight Tour. Our fun-to-ride 4-wheel drive ATVs have automatic shift and easy to use handlebar throttle and brake. Safety equipment including mandatory helmet is provided but bring your rain gear because we will ride in all kinds of beautiful mountain weather. For water combos, bring water shoes (old sneakers - shoes that won't come off in the water) and shorts or bathing suits along with a towel. Changing rooms are available at river outfitter locations.

WARNING Outdoor Adventure of any kind has inherent and unknown risks involved. ATV riding can be hazardous and is not for everyone. Responsible riding requires focus and determination to avoid obstances on narrow, steep, winding trails where driving off the trail could result in serious injury. Safety cannot be guaranteed since the operator has sole control of the equipment. Since riders are responsible to pay for damage to the equipment they control, we offer a $500.00 damage bond for an additional cost of $7.50. Damage typically occurs if ATVs collide with other ATVs, with trees, or run off the trail. A copy of the repair bill will be included with charges for damage. The damage bond is optional and covered rider's name must be specified. All participants must read and sign an Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk Waiver Form (Industry Standard) prior to operating the equipment. Minors age 16-18 need informed parental consent and signatures on Waivers. A parent/guardian must accompany minor youth on the tour. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Our pace is determined by the Rear Safety Guide based on evaluation of rider's ability, cooperation in riding together as a group, and terrain conditions. No rider is encouraged to exceed his/her own safe speed. As the tour progresses and riders gain experience and confidence, the pace may increase but each tour is different. Slower rides offer better opportunities to enjoy the scenery and may take longer whereas a faster pace requires more focus on the trail, creates a more intense experience, and may finish earlier than scheduled. Riding time is estimated for average groups at a moderate pace. We are proud of our safety record with no serious injuries to more than 2,800 participants so far. It's no fun to get hurt - EMS takes a long time to respond - please don't be the first. Know your own limitations and ride responsibly within your ability level. Let the guides know about any difficulties you might be having and call for rest stops whenever you need to. |
