Cancellations & Refunds:
Every effort is made to insure your Appalachian ATV Adventure meets all of your expectations. To do this, we have to prepare on the day prior to your arrival by ordering lunches, assigning staff, processing final payments for receipt, and preparing waivers. The $20.00 per rider non-refundable deposit covers these administrative costs.
If we have to cancel a tour, you pay nothing. Deposits and charges already processed will be promptly credited.
If you have to cancel your reservation on or before the day prior to the tour, the deposit is not refundable but no additional charges will occur. We're happy to reschedule if space is available on another day or time at no additional charge. You may also purchase a Gift Certificate which will allow you to reschedule anytime during the season without paying an additional deposit.
24 hours prior to your scheduled tour, no refund is offered for cancellations or for failure to meet our transportation van at the designated time and place. You can reschedule or request a gift certificate but an additional deposit will be needed.
If you are running late for pick-up, please call and let us know your situation. Other riders may already be with us and to honor our time commitments, we need to depart as scheduled. So, unless we talk to you and make other arrangements, you might miss your tour without benefit of refund if you are late for pick-up. Be aware - cell phone communication can be intermittent or non-existant in our mountains. Narrow winding roads take longer to navigate. Give yourself extra time.
